The rules of the game, written plainly.
These terms apply to every accepted quote. They bring the commitments shown on the website together in one place.
Who the provider is
Atelier En·es is the trade name of the sole proprietorship Enes Öztaş, based in Court-Saint-Étienne (Belgium), company number (BCE/KBO) 1043.424.050. Small business under the Belgian VAT exemption scheme: no VAT is charged.

Quote and order
Every project gets a written quote, valid for 30 days. The quote is fixed: the price does not change along the way.
The order is firm once you accept the quote in writing (email included). Any work not in the quote is priced separately and approved in writing before it is done.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. No VAT is added: the price shown is the price you pay.
Payment is made in two instalments: 50% when the project starts, 50% before the website goes live. Maintenance is optional, costs €50 per month and can be stopped at any time.
Timelines
The timelines given are indicative and start when I receive your information and visuals. A delay in providing them or in your approvals moves delivery back by the same amount.
What you provide
You provide information about your business, your photos, your logo and, for the video, your own footage. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to this material.
The studio does not offer filming or logo design.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included on the copy and the mockup, before the website is built. Further changes are priced separately.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the website is yours: the code, the domain name and the content. If you change provider, you take everything with you.
Unless you ask otherwise, the studio may show the project in its portfolio.
60-day guarantee
For 60 days after launch, technical defects are fixed free of charge. This guarantee does not cover new requests or changes made by a third party.
The free preview
The home page preview is free and without commitment, limited to one preview per business. It remains the studio’s property until the project is ordered.
Liability
The studio does everything it can to deliver a website that matches the quote. Its liability is limited to the amount paid for the project concerned. A specific position in search results cannot be guaranteed.

How your data is handled is described in the website’s privacy policy.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of disagreement, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Walloon Brabant have jurisdiction.
