Atelier En·es
Privacy policy
Here is what information the website uses, why it is needed and the choices available to you.
Who handles your data?
Atelier En·es is the trade name of the sole proprietorship Enes Öztaş, Rue François 37/1, 1490 Court-Saint-Étienne, Belgium. Company number (BCE/KBO): 1043.424.050. Small business under the Belgian VAT exemption scheme; no VAT is charged. For questions about your data, contact the email address at the end of this page.
Information sent through the form
When you send an enquiry, the studio receives the information you choose to provide: your name, business or brand, email address, phone number, enquiry type, requested service, budget, timing, project languages, form language and message. The form explains that this information is used to assess your request and contact you.
To limit automated submissions, the server temporarily uses the IP address supplied with the request and the time of the submission. These details stay in memory to limit repeated requests within a ten-minute window; they are not saved in the website’s database.
Audience measurement
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Google Analytics may also load if it is configured for a deployment. These tools may receive browsing information such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate region, device type and browser. Contact form content is not sent to these tools.
Measurement is off by default and starts only after you enable it with the button below. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage and can be changed at any time. Your browser’s Do Not Track setting also disables these tools. If Google Analytics is configured, it may also receive the page path and events such as contact form opens or submissions and clicks on contact methods; neither your message nor the details you enter are sent.
If you accept audience measurement, the website may also load the advertising tags of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). They are used only to know whether an ad led to a visit or to a form being sent. They may set cookies and pass on to these companies the page path, the ad identifier and the fact that a form was sent; neither the text of your message nor your contact details are passed on. A banner asks for your choice on your first visit; declining is as easy as accepting.
Audience measurement is off. You can enable it below.
How information is used and shared
The studio uses form information to reply to your enquiry and assess your project. The form asks for your consent, and a submission is processed only after you agree. If you ask for a project proposal, using the information may also be necessary to take steps you request before a possible contract. You can withdraw your consent for future processing by contacting the studio.
Submitted enquiries are delivered to the studio by email using Resend. The website does not save enquiries in its own database.
For project enquiries, an internal integration may forward the information to the studio’s intake system when that integration is enabled. That system may use its configured AI provider, including OpenAI, to prepare an internal summary, identify missing information and suggest a work plan. The analysis does not decide whether a project is accepted or create a commitment; a human decision is required. The form explains this possibility before you submit it.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are kept for up to twelve months after the last exchange, then deleted. The studio carries out this deletion; the form does not delete records automatically. Information needed for a project or a legal obligation may be kept longer where necessary.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to certain processing or request data portability. If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
